Ross Kiddie, CEO

Ross is a seasoned business executive that has spent his entire career within the energy,  technology and software sectors.  He has over 25 years of experience in the energy and utilities industry. He also founded and established an energy services and consulting business with expertise in the commercial, industrial and utility markets.  He has provided advice to several utilities and private companies offering energy efficiency and support services to the federal government and the private sector.  Areas of expertise include; design and implementation of energy efficiency programs, cogeneration DG systems, energy software, advanced metering, energy accounting, renewable technologies and DSM programs. In addition, he has expertise in federal and state contracting methods for energy business. 

Fabian Biagetti, VP of Operations, BS, MBA.

Fabian is responsible for all aspects of operations in the US, including client support, product implementation, and services delivery.  He has 15 years experience in various functions within the energy sector such as an engineer for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, a corporate energy manager for a national commercial corporation, and account manager for Edison International.  As business development manager for Duke Solutions' Western US operations, he secured more than $84 million in end-use contracts. 

Stuart Moulder, Director - Efficiency & DSM Solutions, BE

Stuart has global responsibility for energy and water products and solutions. His specialty is the design and implementation of business energy and water demand side management programs for utilities and government agenciesHe was program manager for an Internationally award winning business energy management program for over four years and program director for the winner of the 2006 International Stockholm Water Award for business water conservationStuart's most recent experience includes strategic direction of energy efficiency programs for clients such as Southern California Edison, Xcel Energy, San Diego Gas and Electric, Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and Wisconsin Public Service. Stuart is a chemical engineer with over 15 years experience in a variety of organizations.

Mike Brennan, VP of Technology

Mike’s primary role is the management of Information Technologies and Product Development.  Mike has over 20 years of IT and business experience in a range of roles including project management, software and web development and knowledge management. He has worked in the Energy sector for over 10 years, previously with the utility, Orion New Zealand and then with Energetics Australia. Prior to this he was the European lead for a number of global IT projects for Citibank.

Steven P. Levine, Board of Directors
Steven is an energy services professional and attorney specializing in private power generation and energy services and management, with extensive experience in the development and financing of domestic and international energy projects. Mr. Levine was Vice-President, responsible for developing and implementing national energy services and products for New Energy, Inc., one of the largest electricity power marketers supplying the de-regulated U.S. markets. He has also served as President of Metro Energy, L.L.C., a New York City based thermal and electricity service private utility; President of the unregulated generation subsidiary of a publicly traded US energy company, Besicorp Group Inc., responsible for developing and managing over 600MW of large-scale cogeneration; and principal and general counsel of Indian and PRC large-scale hydroelectric private power companies. In his capacity as a senior executive in the energy industry, Mr. Levine has been responsible for the development and financing of several large and small scale power generation, industrial process and equipment, energy management and environmental remediation projects.
